Dispute resolution is more than merely  litigation. In working for our clients, we combine courtroom advocacy, regulatory insight, sector expertise, and commercial judgement to fight the right battles and to advise when they should be avoided.

With our partners and associates spread across 8 offices in 6 cities, we operate in every major litigation hub in India. Our offices work seamlessly enabling coordinated, outcome-focused representation on all aspects including negotiation and courtroom strategy.

We assist our clients with matters before trial, appellate and writ courts, specialist tribunals, and enforcement authorities, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, regulatory commissions, tax tribunals, and institutional arbitration forums.

We support clients through the entire dispute lifecycle, from pre-litigation advisory, strategy and pleadings to trial, appeal, and execution. We handle matters directly and do coordinate with senior counsel if necessary and as required by our clients.

We remain focused on delivering practical, commercially aligned resolutions that protect our clients’ interests. We describe below some major areas in which we assist our clients.
