Faraz is a Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution and White-Collar Crime practice, operating from the Mumbai office of CMS INDUSLAW

Faraz leads the firm’s practice in cross-border litigation, regulatory investigations, white-collar crime, corporate and forensic investigations, and international sanctions and sanctions advisory.

Faraz has spent over two decades navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, advising and representing clients across jurisdictions.
