- Initial Public Offerings (IPOs): Acting as counsel to promoters or issuers in IPOs on Indian stock exchanges, guiding clients through all stages of the public offering process.
- Debt and Equity Issuances: Representing promoters, issuers, and investors in Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) issues, Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), Preferential Allotments, and Institutional Placement Programs (IPPs).
- Due Diligence and Disclosure: Conducting legal due diligence and reviewing disclosure documents on behalf of investors, lead managers, and issuers to ensure compliance with SEBI and stock exchange requirements.
