Maneesha is a Partner in CMS INDUSLAW’s Dispute Resolution practice group and is based out of Bengaluru office.
In her career of more than a decade, Maneesha has represented domestic and international clients in diverse litigation and arbitration, across several fora including the Supreme Court of India, the Bombay High Court, the High Court of Karnataka, the Delhi, Gujarat and Calcutta High Courts as also various tribunals and district courts on matters ranging from high value commercial disputes, customs claims, real estate and construction disputes, infrastructure disputes, writ petitions, public interest litigations, winding up proceedings including corporate insolvency and restructuring proceedings and trademark infringements.
Maneesha regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal, Bangalore and the Company Court in the High Court of Karnataka.
She has extensive experience in advising and representing on several arbitrations, particularly concerning disputes relating to construction contracts.
Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, Maneesha was associated with Argus Partners.
