Rahul Chouhan is a Partner in CMS INDUSLAW’s Energy & Infrastructure Projects and Energy Regulatory & Advisory team in the Firm’s Delhi office.
Rahul, who has over 12 years of experience, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including power generators, distribution and transmission licensees in relation to regulatory disputes between the generators and licensees arising out of the Electricity Acy, 2003 and the rules and regulations framed there under before the specialized forums such as Electricity Regulatory Commissions, Appellant tribunal for Electricity and High Courts.
In particular, Rahul has experience in advising on regulatory issues related to the power sector in the country.
