Vinit is a Partner in CMS INDUSLAW’s Mumbai office and is part of the Transaction practice group.
Vinit brings a decade of experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on M&A, private equity and strategic investments. His practice includes advising global investors and corporates on investments, exits, acquisitions, business transfers, joint ventures, regulatory structuring, and general corporate advisory. He has advised marquee clients including Alibaba Group, Ant Group, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel, GIC, Softbank, Goldman Sachs, Tata Group etc. on high-value transactions across sectors including technology, retail, logistics, consumer, healthcare, energy and financial services.
Before joining CMS INDUSLAW, Vinit has worked with Trilegal and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
