Siddharth is a Partner in the Mumbai office of CMS INDUSLAW and has more than 14 years of experience in venture capital and private equity investments, corporate M&A, corporate debt financing and general corporate advisory.
For more than a decade, Siddharth has worked on domestic and cross-border mandates across sectors including e-commerce, telecom, education, banking, events and exhibitions, pharmaceuticals, insurance, services, power, logistics and financial services.
Siddharth was recognised as a recommended lawyer by Legal500 Asia Pacific 2024 edition for Corporate and M&A. IFLR1000 2024-2025 Rankings has also recognized him as a ‘Notable Practitioner’ for Private Equity. He has been recognised as a leading lawyer in RSG Report, 2015 and Legally India Rankings, 2019. He has also received several accolades for his role as a General Counsel, including being part of Legal500 GC Powerlist, 2022 and 2023.
He is a travel enthusiast and loves travelling to unexplored destinations.
Prior to his second stint at CMS INDUSLAW, he was the General Counsel of Unacademy Group. He started his career at Bharucha & Partners.
