Sanjana is a Counsel in CMS INDUSLAW’s Transaction practice group and is based out of Delhi office.
Sanjana, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including investors, purchasers, sellers and companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions and general corporate matters.
In particular, Sanjana has experience in assisting clients with drafting and negotiating transaction related documentation, including securities subscription agreements, shareholder’s agreements, securities purchase agreements and business/asset transfer agreements; and general corporate agreements, including service agreements, supply and purchase agreements.
