Harman is a partner at CMS INDUSLAW who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate and commercial advisory and joint ventures and collaborations.
Harman has been involved in various domestic and cross-border transactions and has assisted Indian and foreign entities on diverse contractual arrangements. He represents a variety of clients engaged in multiple sectors, on various matters, including regulatory advisory, corporate governance issues and compliances.
He has, amongst others, advised clients on inbound and outbound investment, consumer protection, restructuring, oppression & mismanagement, e-commerce and various contractual matters.
asialaw Leading Lawyers 2025 rankings recognised Harman as a ‘Notable Practitioner’ for Corporate and M&A. The Legal500 Asia-Pacific 2025 & 2024 has also recommended him for Corporate and M&A.
