Thara N has over 17 years of experience, in advising clients on a range of matters across real estate sector, including title related due diligences, relating to immovable properties for Developers, Builders, Investors, High New Worth Individuals (HNIs), Purchasers, Funds, Sellers and Borrowers.
Thara has experience in advising on matters relating to real estate transactions, property documentation, vetting of documents, conveyancing and other matters relating to transactions and registration of documents, local land laws & personal laws.
In her spare time, Thara enjoys cooking, painting, and listening to music.
