Stuti is a Partner in the Bengaluru office of CMS INDUSLAW and regularly assists target companies, venture capital and private equity funds in relation to various stages of investment as well as acquisitions/ exits, and advises on structuring, due diligence and documentation, on both buy and sell sides.
In particular, she has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of documentation relating to venture capital and private equity investments and exits/ acquisitions. Her experience ranges across the banking/ financial services, B2B trading, online and offline D2C retail, manufacturing, SaaS, ed-tech, spiritual tech and the agri-tech sectors. She advises across multiple stages of transactions – from incorporation to exit, and seed- to late-stage investments.
Most recently, Stuti has been recognized as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by the Legal500 Asia Pacific Guide 2024 for Corporate and M&A, and has also received client testimonials through IFLR1000 and the Legal500 (2023).
In her spare time, Stuti enjoys quizzing, writing, reading fiction and film criticism, and exploring the culinary arts.
