Shweta is a Partner in Gurugram office of CMS INDUSLAW. Shweta has over 10 years of experience and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, joint ventures and corporate governance.
Shweta also focuses on corporate restructuring matters and other general corporate matters, representing both buyers and sellers. She has been representing clients in various cross-border transactions, advising on foreign direct investments, outbound investments, business transfers, commercial contract issues, restructurings and spin-offs.
Shweta’s work spans across several sectors including e-commerce, FMCG, food and beverages, financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, services, logistics and renewable energy. She also advises various international clients on corporate governance best practices and across the full spectrum of fundraising activities with a specific focus on India entry.
