Shivani Singh is a part of the Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Commercial and Private Equity practice group and is based out of the firm’s Delhi office. Shivani has over seven years of experience and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and corporate governance.
Shivani advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including in manufacturing, FMCG, edtech, e-commerce, technology, pharmaceuticals, and fintech sectors, in relation to domestic and cross-border acquisitions, outbound investments, business restructurings, spin-offs, and corporate and commercial matters.
In particular, Shivani has experience in advising on Indian corporate law and foreign investment regulations, drafting and negotiating transaction documents including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and business transfer agreements, as well as cross-border transactions involving jurisdictions including Germany, Singapore, Austria, the US, and the UK. She also advises various international clients on corporate governance best practices and India entry.
