Shantanu is a partner in CMS INDUSLAW’s Transaction practice group and is based out of our Bengaluru office.
He advises a range of clients, including early and late stage investors, funds, acquirers, sellers, promoters and companies in relation to private equity and venture capital investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate compliance.
In particular, Shantanu has experience in advising on transactions involving sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, consumer brands, retail, fintech and defence.
Shantanu has written on a variety of subjects including the regulatory regime on overseas investments, FDI-ODI swap transactions and India’s regulatory landscape in the defence sector, published by Infolex.
In his spare time, Shantanu enjoys travelling. movies and scuba diving.
