She regularly assists businesses in establishing entities in India and ensuring seamless ongoing compliance. Her work spans industries and scales of business, with a strong track record in due diligence reviews, investment transactions, and corporate secretarial compliance.
Her expertise extends to corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and governance advisory for both profit and not-for-profit organizations. She has advised on the establishment of a wide range of entities and has been instrumental in drafting charter documents, policy frameworks, and governance models. She also advises on FDI regulations, cross-border collaborations, and funding structures.
In addition, Ruhi has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, guiding clients on compliance obligations under both corporate and foreign exchange laws.
