Ruchi Goel, who has over 10 years of experience, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including domestic and international clients in the technology, manufacturing and retail space on HR and employment matters, covering all stages of the employee life cycle.
In particular, Ruchi has experience in advising on workplace and sexual harassment investigations, large-scale rightsizing operations, business closures, complex and sensitive senior employee exits, social security contribution matters, workplace compliance, and prevention of sexual harassment (PoSH) training and governance.
Ruchi Goel has written on a variety of subjects including India employment law and labour & employment matters published by Lexology and Thomson Reuters.
