Rohit is a Partner with the Firm’s general corporate practice group and is based out of Delhi & NCR.
Rohit advises clients across a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border M&A. His principal areas and sectors of focus are insurance, healthcare, financial services, and education.
Rohit was listed as a ‘Next Generation Lawyer’ for Insurance by Legal 500 (2018) and was recommended by clients under ‘Corporate Law’ in RSG’s 2017 report.
Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, Rohit was associated with Khaitan & Co and Amarch and Mangaldas.
