Revathy is a Partner in the Mumbai office of CMS INDUSLAW.
Revathy specialises in Merger and Acquisitions and Private Equity Investments. She also specialises in General Corporate Commercial, Corporate Restructuring, Employment and Compliance. She advises clients regularly on structuring and regulatory aspects in connection with both inbound and outbound cross border investments.
Revathy’s industry-wide experience is as varied as her clientele – including in healthcare, technology, consumer goods, e-commerce, manufacturing, mobility including EV, services, real-estate. Her transactional experience includes share acquisitions, business transfers, growth and late-stage investments, structured exits, joint ventures and other commercial arrangements. This diversity in experience helps her both be focused on the transactional details and have a more intuitive understanding of the sectoral context of a particular transaction.
Her corporate commercial practice also includes advice and assistance with setting-up legal entities, corporate governance, routine corporate secretarial compliances, advice on managing day-to-day business operations and review/drafting various commercial contracts.
Revathy is a regular speaker at various conferences and universities and has recently conducted the esteemed ET Master Class on Merger & Acquisitions and Cross Border Investments.
Before joining CMS INDUSLAW, Revathy worked with firms such as JSA and Trilegal at their Gurgaon and Bangalore offices, respectively.
