Rajitha Nair, who has over 11 years of experience, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including domestic and multinational clients across technology/SaaS, manufacturing, e-commerce, logistics, financial services, healthcare, education and ITES in relation to indirect tax advisory, litigation, compliance, due diligence, customs and international trade matters.
In particular Rajitha has experience in advising on GST, supply chain structuring and optimisation, input tax credit, classification of goods and services, cross-border and digital economy taxation, indirect tax litigation and dispute resolution, customs and import/export regulations, Foreign Trade Policy, SCOMET and export controls, international sanctions and duty optimisation under Free Trade Agreements.
