Rajeev is a Partner in the Disputes Resolution practice of the Firm and is based in Hyderabad.
Rajeev focuses primarily on commercial litigation, arbitration, white collar crimes, company law and regulatory issues amongst others. He has considerable experience in dealing with complex litigation matters and has been a recommended counsel for many multinational corporations doing business in India and abroad. Rajeev advises a broad spectrum of clients, working primarily with institutions, conglomerates, private equity funds, PSU’s, banks and multinational companies. He also acts for several Indian companies, particularly in the context of high-profile commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Before joining CMS INDUSLAW, Rajeev was a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, Hyderabad. He regularly represents his clients before High Court of Andhra Pradesh, High Court of Telangana, High Court of Karnataka, National Company Law Appellate Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunals and other tribunals and regulatory authorities. Rajeev is a seasoned corporate counsel specializing in disputes and white-collar crimes with significant experience in the Hyderabad region and other parts South India.
