Raghav is a Partner in the Bengaluru office of CMS INDUSLAW.

Raghav has advised a broad spectrum of clients across industries and geographies on a gamut of matters including in relation to information technology, financial technology, investments and acquisitions in the information technology and financial technology space, business structuring and restructuring mandates, regulatory compliances, and general corporate legal advisory on e-commerce, technology and software licensing, intermediary labilities, RBI and SEBI compliances amongst other general corporate and technology related legal mandates.

His work involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements of all nature, conducting legal due diligence exercises on target entities for investments and acquisitions, and issuing opinions/memos on intricate queries on various regulatory aspects (specifically surrounding technology, data and corporate laws in India).

Raghav has also been recognized as a recommended lawyer by Legal 500 in the field of ‘Financial Services Regulatory’. IFLR1000 2024-2025 Rankings (34th edition) recognised him "Rising Star Partner" for Financial services regulatory.
