Praveen is a Partner in CMS INDUSLAW’s Real Estate practice group and is based out of Hyderabad office.
With over 20 years of experience, Praveen’s practice primarily involves drafting and negotiating various forms of real estate agreements, including Commercial Leases, Joint Development Agreements, Construction Agreements, Operation of CAM Agreements and conducting land due diligences.
He has represented various Indian, U.S. and U.K based entities, including US Consulate General and British Deputy High Commission, relating to their real estate transactions in Hyderabad.
Praveen has extensive experience in handling complex transactions related to real estate and has advised several international corporations and institutions.
Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, Praveen was associated with, Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co, Fox Mandal and Associates and Tatva Legal, Hyderabad.
