She represents banks, financial institutions, corporate clients and funds on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
Her professional capabilities span a wide range of financial and corporate transactions, including debt and equity transactions, unlisted debenture and equity issuances, debt-equity combinations, mezzanine finance, acquisition finance, cross-border financing, securitization, inter-creditor arrangements and structuring and establishing various types of alternative investment funds (AIFs).
