Nikita is part of the competitive practice and is based out of the firm’s Delhi & NCR office.
Nikita, who has over 10 years of experience, advises clients on a range of matters across sectors, including automobile (auto-parts), pharmaceutical & healthcare, agrochemical, e-commerce, oil & gas, and steel sectors in relation to merger control transactions and behavioral investigations at the CCI, appellate tribunal, High Courts, and Supreme Court of India.
In particular, she has experience in advising on various contentious and non-contentious competition law issues, including compliance mandates.
She equally contributes to international and domestic publications on competition law issues.
In her spare time, Nikita enjoys reading.
