Megha is a Partner with CMS INDUSLAW, in the Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources practice at Bengaluru.

Megha brings over 20 years of extensive experience in advising clients across sectors like energy & infrastructure, climate change, natural resources & mining, construction & heavy engineering, public-private partnerships, urban infrastructure and transportation. Her expertise spans project development, mergers and acquisitions, cross- border investments, bid advisory risk analysis and the structuring of transactions in this sector.

In the renewable energy space, Megha has regularly advised solar and wind energy players on critical legal aspects of acquisitions and investments. Her work in the oil and gas sector includes advising on project contracts for India’s key LNG terminals, advisory on city gas distribution projects and LNG/gas sale and purchase agreements. Additionally, she has led significant project finance transactions in the banking and finance sector, with a focus on power and refinery projects. Her contributions to the construction and infrastructure sector include advising on projects in the airports, highways, railways, MRTS & EV sectors, urban infrastructure, and smart city initiatives.

Megha’s well-rounded experience positions her to provide comprehensive legal representation to a diverse client base, including domestic and multinational developers, contractors, project operators, lenders, and sponsors.
