Apurbalal is a Partner in the firm’s Hyderabad office and has over 15 years of extensive experience in advising on corporate law advisory and specialises in transactions pertaining to private equity, venture capital investments, cross-border and domestic mergers & acquisitions transactions and has advised various multinational clients in corporate structuring aspect of the transactions.
He has also been involved in various capital market transactions and project financing transactions.
Apurbalal has successfully advised and concluded various complex and high value transactions in mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, business transfers, financial and strategic investments and exits and provided general corporate advisory in multivariable sectors including infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce, information technology, education and hospitality etc.
He has provided extensive support to multinational clients in their corporate transactions, entry and exit strategies, and other commercial arrangements in India.
Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, Apurbalal worked with Amarchand & Mangaldas and Suresh A. Shroff & Co. (erstwhile), Fox Mandal & Co. and Link Legal.
