Anirban Sen is part of the Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice and is based out of the firm’s Mumbai office.
Anirban Sen has over 14 years of experience advising and representing clients before various fora, including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, the Competition Commission of India, the NCLT and the NCLAT. His practice spans a wide range of sectors and includes advising promoters, fund managers, corporate houses, real estate companies and developers, consortiums of housing societies, private clients and resolution professionals.
He advises and represents clients in relation to disputes arising from corporate and commercial transactions, real estate, inheritance, securities, strategic investments by private equity funds and other investment vehicles, data protection and privacy, insolvency, shareholder disputes, and court-approved mergers, demergers and reductions of share capital, among other matters.
In particular, Anirban has experience in advising on commercial disputes, arbitration and real estate.
