He has advised on a multitude of domestic Indian lending structures & products, and various overseas India linked borrowing and lending matters. His work has covered multiple sectors including Renewable Energy, Logistics & Warehousing, Infrastructure, Aviation, Highways, Oil & Gas, Transmission, Ports, Real Estate, and has advised on diverse products covering the entire gamut of Project Finance and Banking & Finance.

Abir started his career as an in-house counsel at Wockhardt Limited and subsequently worked at Link Legal ILS, Amarchand & Mangaldas Suresh A. Shroff & Co. (later continued with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas) and Luthra and Luthra Law Offices (later continued with Saraf & Partners).
