Nitika Jain brings over 13 years of extensive experience across diverse practice areas, including banking and finance, insolvency and restructuring, private equity, funds, regulatory advisory and general corporate matters. She represents banks, financial institutions, corporate clients and funds on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
Her professional capabilities span a wide range of financial and corporate transactions, including debt and equity transactions, listed and unlisted debenture issuances, debt-equity combinations, mezzanine finance, acquisition finance, cross-border financing, securitization, inter-creditor arrangements and structuring and establishing various types of alternative investment funds (AIFs). Nitika has consistently demonstrated the ability to navigate intricate legal frameworks and deliver tailored solutions for her clients.
