Ashutosh Narang, a Partner in our Mumbai office, brings over 20 years of experience in private credit, special situations, structured and hybrid debt, banking and finance, insolvency and restructuring and regulatory matters, and strategic disputes. He advises leading domestic and international funds, financial institutions, banks and corporates on complex financing, restructuring and special situations transactions across India and internationally.
His practice has a particular focus on private credit, structured capital, acquisition finance, project finance, cross-border financing, debt capital markets, asset finance, securitization, stressed assets, restructuring and liability management transactions. Ashutosh regularly advises private credit funds, alternative investment platforms and institutional investors on bespoke financing solutions across a wide range of sectors.
Ashutosh has represented international and domestic funds, corporations, banks and financial institutions in high-value financing and commercial transactions across sectors including manufacturing, real estate and projects, infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, e-mobility, FMCG and healthcare. His deep understanding of financing and regulatory frameworks enables him to navigate sophisticated transactions across sectors and jurisdictions.
