Ashutosh Narang, a Partner in our Mumbai office, brings over 20 years of expertise in banking and finance, structured and hybrid debt, insolvency and restructuring, fintech and regulatory, strategic disputes and insolvency advisory. He advises on complex domestic and cross-border financing, restructuring and special situations transactions.

His practice spans acquisition finance, project finance, structured and debt, cross-border financing, debt capital markets, asset finance, securitization and stressed asset restructuring and buyouts. Ashutosh’s deep understanding of regulatory frameworks enables him to navigate intricate transactions across sectors and jurisdictions.

Ashutosh has represented international and domestic funds, corporations, banks and financial institutions in high-value commercial and financing transactions across sectors including manufacturing, real estate and projects, infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, e-mobility, FMCG and healthcare.
